- What is your return policy
- côte gladly accepts returns of merchandise and products purchased at our shop or online for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. all merchandise and products must be in their original packaging (wrappings, tags, and seal) in order to receive a refund.
- products may be returned in person at the shop, or shipped back.
- côte is not responsible for return shipping costs or reimbursements for lost packages without proof of delivery.
- all nail colors, nail treatments and jewelry are final sale.
- cash refunds are not permitted. all cash transactions will be refunded on a côte gift card.
- please note that côte gift cards may not be returned and should be treated like cash. they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but they never expire!

When will I receive my order
- we do our best to process orders as quickly as we receive them. orders placed after 2p PST on weekdays, or over the weekend, will be processed the next business day.
Do you ship internationally
- unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally.
How do I change or cancel my order
- we work at getting your order out as quickly as we can, so we may be unable to change or cancel your order unless you contact us immediately after your order has been placed. you can call our shop at 310-820-0906 to find out if we can accommodate your request.
How are packages shipped?
- all packages are shipped using USPS ground.
Do you offer FREE shipping?
- we are pleased to offer FREE shipping on purchases over $30.
- purchases that are $30 or less incur a $6 flat shipping fee.
Will I be charged sales tax
- côte will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered within CA.
