United StatesI have purchased & uesed the dark grey #99 in the past & was the perfect concrete color. However, this last purchase, it definitely looks like black & not dark grey at all. I like dark colors & black, so I don’t mind too much that it wasn’t what I expected as before , but was disappointed to say the least
